The outside of the house is proceeding on schedule. I was surprised at how quickly the brick work got completed once it started. The brick crew came on a Saturday to lay the first few rows around the house. That enabled an inspection of those rows Monday morning. By the end of the day Tuesday, the work was complete.
Brick color can vary from batch to batch. In our case, the brick was a noticeably deeper red color than we were expecting based on the little sample.
